Our Approach (Working With You)
You are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. Only you can recognise what is absolutely best for you. As your coach, we can help you discover what your own personal "best" might be. Every day we make choices to do or not do many things. These choices may range from life-changing to trivial and each one has an effect that makes our lives either more or less fulfilling, more or less balanced, that make our process of living either more or less effective. Our approach helps you learn how to break down those barriers and make choices that create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life.
Our sessions are relaxed, friendly, personable and tailored for you with your goal(s) at the forefront of what we do.
Sessions will be carried out on-line and will last for 45 minutes. At the end of each session we will book the next one, if required.
When our work is complete you will be clear of what your barriers are and will have started to overcome them by using a unique set of 'metaphorical' tools that you can then continue to use for the present and any future goals you want to achieve.

After our initial consultation, we will be able to suggest the best approach and we can agree a suitable way forward. Some people will have just 2 or 3 sessions, others like to work together for a longer period. Our thoughts here are to be flexible to your needs. You may wish to just dip in every now again to re-visit or re-focus on certain areas and that is absolutely ok too.
R.E.S.E.T - Structured Programme
This unique programme simplifies the process of you getting back on track. Working through the 5 steps of the process and inbetween support you will learn how to Rediscover yourself, how to Engage in change, Set your goals, Embrace the challenge and Transform your life. The skills, knowledge and tips you learn on the way will be there for you to use for the rest of your life. This programme consists of 7 sessions each lasting between 45 - 60 minutes.
